Kevin Lyne-Smith, managing director at Julius Baer Holding AG, talks with Bloomberg's Rishaad Salamat, Guy Collins and Jeremy Naylor from Zurich about the possible takeover of Endesa SA and J Sainsbury Plc, merger activity in Europe and his stock investment strategy. Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the world's largest retailer, is ``seeking soundings'' from competition regulators about whether it may bid for London-based Sainsbury, the Independent newspaper reported today, without saying where the information came from. Lyne-Smith helps oversee $260 billion. (Source: Bloomberg)
