Commuter Rail struggles to get passengers aboard

(NECN) - It is because of the soaring gas prices that many people are abandoning their cars for public transportation. "T" and bus ridership is way up in the Boston area. Yet not so much for the Commuter Rail. Jackie Noblett of the Boston Business Journal discusses why the Commuter Rail isn't doing as well as the other services during these tough economic times.
